Grant’s Cask Editions
Grant’s Ale Cask
Creamy, malty and honeyed
Grant’s Ale Cask is the only Scotch whisky to be finished in barrels that have previously held ale. Finishing is the additional time our whiskies spend in specially selected oak casks after they’ve been matured, which adds further flavour and complexity.
Master Blender, Brian Kinsman, fills our casks with Edinburgh Ale for 30 days then replaces it with aged Grant’s whisky. The blend then mellows for up to four months, picking up its unique crème brûlée creaminess and silky malt flavours.
Try serving neat or with a dash of water to open up its wonderful flavours.

Grant’s Sherry Cask
Warm, rich and fruity.
The freedom to try new things is one of the joys of being a family owned company with five generations of whisky making experience. In 2001, Grant’s became the first blended Scotch whisky to be finished in sherry casks.
Our Master Blender and his team handpick each Spanish Oloroso sherry cask before filling it with aged Grant’s whisky. Here it is left for up to four months to acquire the rich flavours of dried fruit, warm spice and sweet honey.
To enjoy Grant’s Sherry Cask award-winning taste try sipping it straight or simply pour a dram over some ice.
