La Revancha

From the sun and earth, as obtained over generations, La Revancha tequila is the rebel spirit of Azul agave, jimador's strength.

After 8-10 years, when the agave achieves optimum age of maturation, agave roots are removed and the pulp is cut into pieces and baked in oven for 12 hours. Follows the fermentation process and must results, which after two distillations converts to "el corazon"; it is stored in white oak barrels, and after aging results La Revancha.
